Who it's actually for

Suited to full-service and resort hotels, especially F&B-heavy properties, that need integrated POS and PMS from a vendor that will still be around in five years — Agilysys is publicly traded and has been in hospitality tech for decades. That longevity is the strength; the tradeoff is a more traditional enterprise sales and implementation cycle compared to newer cloud-native hospitality entrants, and smaller independent properties may find the contract weight and integration scope more than they need.
